Most venues rent a booth
once a year.
Yours could live here.
A permanent DigiBooths installation stays in your space and runs every day you are open — no attendant, no load-in, no rental invoice. We install it, we own it, we maintain it.
Where this stands right now
We are building the permanent installation program, and we are talking to venues before the first units go out.
The photo experience is not theoretical — it is the same DigiBooths platform running at real events every weekend, and everything on this page that is not marked coming soon runs on our booths today. What is new is the permanent form factor: a booth that stays in your room, wired in, running on its own.
The hardware design and prototypes are in progress. We are not putting a date on it, and we would rather say that plainly than promise a month we cannot stand behind. What we are doing now is lining up the first rooms.
How it works
You are not buying equipment. We install the booth, keep it running, and manage it remotely. Guests walk up and use it the way they would use a jukebox — nobody runs it, and nothing has to be booked.
Every photo carries your branding, and the guests who share it put your venue in front of their friends with your name on the picture. That happens on an ordinary Tuesday, not just the one night a year you hired a booth.
The guest experience
This part already works. Every item here runs on DigiBooths booths at live events today — the permanent unit inherits it.
- Your branding on every photoOverlays, start screen and backdrop are yours, so every picture that leaves the booth is a picture of your venue.
- Instant sharingGuests send photos to themselves by text, email or QR, and your name goes with every one.
- Printing on siteGuests leave holding something physical — 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints with your branding on them.
- Opt-in guest captureGuests who choose to share their details become contacts you own — people who already had a good night in your room.
- Your own galleryEvery capture lands in one place you can post from, send from, or hand to whoever runs your social accounts.
- Survives a dropoutGuests keep shooting and keep getting prints during an outage. Captures are held on the booth and sync when the connection returns.
What we are building for permanent rooms
A booth that lives somewhere permanently needs things an event booth never did — mainly, the ability to change what it is doing without anyone driving to your venue. These are in development and are not available yet.
- Coming soonThe permanent boothBuilt to be installed and left there, rather than cased and carried. Design and prototypes are in progress.
- Coming soonRemote managementChange what your installed booth is doing from the dashboard — no site visit, no one in your room.
- Coming soonScheduled design changesPut your overlays on a calendar. A holiday look, an event-night look, a sponsor takeover for one week — set once and it changes itself.
- Coming soonPer-campaign brandingRun a promotion on the same installed hardware without touching the booth, then have the room go back to normal on its own.
- Coming soonPay-per-use & donationFor rooms where the booth should pay directly rather than market — the usual choice for museums, attractions and non-profits.
- Coming soonUsage reportingHow often your booth is used, when, and what guests do with the photos afterwards.
- Coming soonSupply reorderingPrint media reordered before you run out, rather than after somebody notices.
- Coming soonMulti-location monitoringFor groups with more than one room — the health of every installed booth on one screen.
Where a permanent booth makes sense
Rooms that are open whether or not anyone booked anything, with steady foot traffic and no particular reason for any of it to end up online with your name attached.
- Bars & entertainment venues
- Museums & galleries
- Stadiums & arenas
- Attractions & FECs
- Hotels & resorts
- Casinos
- Bowling, arcades & axe throwing
- Corporate lobbies
- Campus student centers
Three ways it earns its space
A permanent booth is not an entertainment line item. It is a marketing surface that happens to be fun.
- 01No cost per impressionEvery share is your room, tagged, in a feed you could not buy your way into — posted by someone who chose to post it.
- 02Private events you can close“The booth is already in the room” removes a line item and an objection from every party quote you write.
- 03A guest list that builds itselfOpt-in capture turns strangers who had a good night into people you can invite back.
Powered by DigiConnect
The booth is the part you see. What makes a permanent installation work is the platform behind it — DigiConnect, the software we built to run DigiBooths itself.
Your galleries, your branding and your opt-in guest list all live there, and it is where the remote management and scheduled design changes above are being built.
It is the same system that runs our own events every weekend — which is why a question about your installation gets an answer rather than a support ticket.
One company, both halves: DigiBooths builds, installs and maintains the hardware. DigiConnect runs it.
Where we install
Nationwide. Pittsburgh is home and where we started, and we install and service permanent booths across the country through our local teams — the same way we already staff events well outside our own metro. Tell us where the room is.
How to get in line
Tell us about your space and we will come walk it with you — thirty minutes, ideally near dusk so we can see what the room does as the light changes. You get a placement, a plan, and a straight answer about where the program stands. No cost, nothing to commit to. Venues we have walked go to the front of the queue.
Questions venues ask
Can we get one installed right now?
Not yet. The permanent unit is in design and prototyping, and we are not putting a date on it until we can stand behind one. What we are doing now is walking rooms and lining up the first installations, so venues that talk to us early are the ones we go to first. In the meantime we can absolutely bring a booth to your events.
Who owns the equipment?
We do. It is installed in your room and maintained by us, which is why upkeep is not something you file a ticket about — it is our problem to solve.
Does someone have to run the booth?
No. That is the whole point of installing one rather than renting one. Guests use it on their own, as part of the room.
Can we still use it for private events?
Yes, and it makes those easier to sell. The booth is already there, so it stops being a rental line item on your quote and starts being a reason to book you.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Guests keep taking pictures and keep getting prints. Captures are held on the booth and sync when the connection returns — that already works on our booths today.
How much of this is actually built?
The guest experience is built and runs at live events every weekend — branding, sharing, printing, opt-in capture, galleries, and carrying on through a network outage. Still in development: the permanent hardware itself and the remote-management side. Anything marked coming soon is not available yet, and we will tell you where each piece stands when we walk your room.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes, and we would encourage it. We run a booth at your next event, you watch how your own guests actually use it, and then we talk about putting one in permanently.
