Frequently Asked Questions About Our Photo Booth Rentals

We provide services in most major cities across the country. If your event is located outside our usual coverage area, we can still accommodate you – we’ll just add a travel fee to cover the additional distance.

With the basic template, you can pick from any of these templates. Want something unique? Our designer can create a custom template for you, or your team can build one from scratch.

The backdrop is what you and your guests will pose in front of for your photos. We’ve got plenty of options to pick from, or if you want something specific, we can create a custom printed backdrop just for you!

Our photo booth wraps let you make the booth truly yours by matching your brand’s look and feel. We’re happy to create a custom design for you, or if your team has ideas brewing, we can work with whatever concept you bring to the table.

The photo booth takes up roughly 2½ by 2½ feet of space.

To get your photos uploaded for digital downloads and your online gallery, the booth needs an internet connection. Don’t worry though, all our booths come with built-in cellular, so you won’t need to mess with WiFi setup. That said, if you’re in a spot with weak cell coverage, having WiFi as a backup is definitely worth it. No internet? No problem. The photos will just sit in a queue and get processed as soon as the booth can connect again.

All you need is power and a roof over your head! For outdoor events, we just need some kind of cover in case it rains or to keep the equipment from getting too hot in direct sunlight. A shaded spot with decent weather and you’re good to go! We can also hook you up with tent rentals if you need them.

We can collect your guests’ email addresses and phone numbers for you, though there’s an extra fee for this service. We’ll set up a disclaimer screen that pops up before guests take their photos, so they can agree to share their contact info. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to provide the actual disclaimer text, we don’t write that part for you.

Sharing stations do exactly what you’d expect, they let your guests share their photos! You can customize both the station design and the screens your guests use, so everything matches your event’s style. The best part? People can share their photos away from the main photo booth, which means no bottlenecks and your printer keeps running smoothly.

We’ll also collect your guests’ email addresses and phone numbers for you. Plus, all the text messages and emails that go out can be personalized with your branding, so they look like they’re coming directly from you rather than some generic service.

Every photo strip comes with its own special code printed at the bottom. Your guests can use this code to find and download just their pictures, no one else’s. Want to see how it works? Go to our Event Photos page and try entering the code ABC12345 in the search box.

Light Painting booth FAQs

Light painting works by keeping the camera’s shutter open for several seconds. While the shutter stays open, our photographers move special lights around your guests, and the camera captures those glowing trails to create these cool visual effects.

The result is a unique photo where the light seems to dance around your guests, creating patterns and designs that you can’t get with regular photography. It’s like drawing with light itself, and each shot turns out completely different depending on how we move the lights during the exposure.

Selfie booth FAQs

Virtual or digital props are basically onscreen items that you and your guests can grab and use instead of buying or making real ones.

Think of them as the digital version of party hats, signs, or fun accessories that show up right on your screen. Everyone can pick them up, wave them around, or pose with them during video calls or online events. It’s like having a whole prop box available instantly without needing to shop for anything or worry about shipping delays.

Here are some samples.

With the basic package, you’ll have access to any of these template options. If none of these work for you, we can have our designer create something custom, or your team is welcome to build their own.
Just ask for the template!

Our photo booth wraps let you make the booth truly yours by matching your brand’s look and feel. We’re happy to create a custom design for you, or if your team has creative ideas, they can put together their own design.

When guests approach your booth, the first thing they’ll notice is the attract screen. This welcome display comes standard with every booth setup, and you’ll see an example of it below.

Our software taps into AR technology to automatically cut out the background from your photos and swap it with whatever backdrop you want. You can give your guests up to 6 different background options to pick from, or keep it simple with just one choice.

Our selfie booths are built for busy people who don’t want to deal with complicated setups. You can get everything ready in about 5 minutes, and taking it down is just as quick. Check it out below!

Setup Instructions

Your booth will show up at least a day before your event kicks off, though it usually arrives 2 days ahead of time. We’ll send you the shipping details and delivery window once it’s on its way, plus a return label for when you’re done.

We send all booths through UPS or FedEx. When yours arrives, you’ll find a prepaid shipping label inside to send it back to us or wherever it’s headed next.

Here’s the important part: you need to ship the booth back the next business day after your event. So if your event wraps up on Friday, you’ll need to get it back out on Monday. If that Monday happens to be a holiday, then Tuesday works, or whatever the next business day is.

Miss this deadline and there’s a $500 late fee. But don’t worry, once you get it shipped within our timeframe, any delays after that are on the carrier, not you.

Our selfie booths ship in a wheeled case with a retractable handle. The case measures 27″x24″x10″ and weighs 45 pounds.

The photo booth takes up roughly 2½ by 2½ feet of space.

Your photo booth needs an internet connection to upload pictures for digital downloads and your online gallery. Don’t worry though – all our booths come with built-in cellular data, so you won’t need to hunt down the WiFi password. That said, if you’re in a spot with weak cell service, connecting to WiFi will give you better results.

If the internet goes down completely, no big deal – the photos will just sit in a queue waiting to upload. Once the connection comes back, everything will process automatically and your guests will get their pictures.
