Answered

Photo booth rental questions.

How much floor space does a photo booth take?

A standard photo booth takes up roughly 2½ by 2½ feet of space. A 360 booth needs about a 10'x10' area to spin safely.

Does the photo booth need internet access?

Internet enables instant digital downloads and online galleries. Every booth includes built-in cellular connectivity with WiFi as backup. If there's no connection, photos simply queue and upload as soon as the booth can connect again.

Can the photo booth be set up outside?

Yes. Outdoor events need power and overhead cover to protect the booth from weather and direct sunlight. A shaded spot with decent weather works great, and we can provide tent rentals if you need cover.

When will my shipped booth arrive and how do I return it?

Your self-service booth arrives at least a day before your event, usually 2 days ahead. Ship it back via UPS or FedEx the next business day after your event. Missing that deadline incurs a late fee (spelled out in your rental agreement), but once it's shipped on time, any carrier delays are not your responsibility.

How do guests get their photos?

Every photo strip has a unique code printed at the bottom; guests enter it to find and download just their own pictures. Booths also support instant text and email sharing, plus optional sharing stations and online galleries.

Can I customize the booth, prints, and backdrop?

Yes. Choose from existing templates or have our designer create a custom one; add a custom booth wrap to match your brand; and pick from many backdrops or order a custom printed backdrop made just for your event.
