A glimpse at recent booths, activations and galas across the city.

A local LA crew, not a shipped-in setup
DigiBooths runs on real local teams, and Los Angeles is one of our top markets. We're a service-area operation, not a storefront, so there's no address to visit — our crew wears DigiBooths gear, loads in at your venue, staffs the booth all night, and packs it out, anywhere across the LA basin. That covers Downtown and the Arts District, the Westside from Century City to Santa Monica, Hollywood and the studio corridor along Cahuenga and Ventura Boulevards, Culver City's production offices, and out to Pasadena and the San Gabriel Valley. Because LA runs on relationships and reputations, our attendants show up dressed for the room, brief with your event lead before doors, and run the booth like it's part of your production, not a rental drop-off.
Brand activations, entertainment industry & studio events
This is the heart of what we do in LA. Los Angeles is a fashion, sport and entertainment capital, and our activation portfolio is built for exactly that kind of work — we've powered brand experiences for names like Hypebeast x Toyota, Nike x LEGO, New Balance and Rhone, and we bring that same production standard to every LA activation. That means 360 video booths and AI-styled photo stations at product launches and press days, on-brand booths worked into premiere afterparties and studio wrap events, and full activation builds for agencies staging a pop-up on Melrose or a showroom takeover in the Arts District. We wrap the booth in your creative, template every print and share with your campaign branding, and build a data-capture flow when a launch needs qualified leads out of the room, not just photos.
Conventions, corporate events & product launches
The Los Angeles Convention Center anchors a steady calendar of trade shows, tech conferences and corporate meetings in DTLA, and we build booths that hold up on a busy exhibit floor — branded wraps, fast printing, and instant digital sharing that keeps a line moving without slowing down your traffic. Away from the convention floor, the Westside's media and tech corridor, from Santa Monica's Silicon Beach to Century City's office towers, runs a steady stream of corporate offsites, sales kickoffs, holiday parties and executive dinners. Downtown's financial and legal towers add their own calendar of galas and client events. We've run activations and corporate work nationwide for brands like UPMC, Bayer, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Macy's, Chick-fil-A, Shell and Coinbase, and that same corporate-grade production comes standard on every LA booking.
- LA Convention Center (trade shows, tech conferences, corporate meetings)
- Westside offices: Santa Monica, Century City, Culver City
- Downtown LA financial and legal district galas
- Studio lots and production-company wrap parties
University and campus events at USC and UCLA
Southern California's universities keep our LA crew busy year-round. USC's campus just south of Downtown runs a steady schedule of galas, homecoming, Greek-life formals, athletics events and alumni receptions, and UCLA in Westwood adds its own mix of orientation weeks, department mixers and donor events. We handle the parts campus planners care about most: student-org and departmental budgets, campus facilities and vendor-approval paperwork, and insurance certificates turned around quickly. We've supported university programming for schools like CMU and Pitt elsewhere in the country, and our LA team brings that same campus-savvy playbook to USC and UCLA events.
Iconic LA venues and neighborhoods we cover
LA's venue map is one of the most varied in the country, and our crew is comfortable working all of it. Downtown, that's the Convention Center floor, hotel ballrooms around LA Live, and Arts District warehouse spaces built for activations and press days. On the Westside, we load into Santa Monica beach clubs and event spaces, Century City office towers, and Culver City production lots and soundstages. Studio and lot access is its own logistics conversation — a drive-on pass, a call sheet, or a facilities contact — and we plan for it ahead of time rather than at the gate. In Hollywood and the studio corridor, we cover premiere afterparties and industry mixers, and out east we serve Pasadena galas and San Gabriel Valley corporate events.
- Downtown / LA Live: Convention Center, hotel ballrooms, Arts District warehouses
- Westside: Santa Monica beach clubs, Century City towers, Culver City lots
- Hollywood & the studio corridor: premieres, wrap parties, industry mixers
- Pasadena & the San Gabriel Valley: galas and corporate events
Which booth for which LA event
Not every LA event wants the same booth. For brand activations, product launches and studio events, our 360 booth and AI-styled stations produce the high-energy, share-ready content a launch needs. For trade shows and conferences at the Convention Center, an open-air setup with a branded backdrop keeps the exhibit line moving and captures leads. For premiere afterparties and black-tie galas, a glam booth with flattering lighting and clean prints fits the room. Tell us the venue and the goal, and we'll spec the booth, backdrop and print flow to match — not the other way around.
How to book
Booking a Los Angeles photo booth with us is straightforward: call (724) 405-7729 or email hello@digibooths.com with your date, venue and headcount. We plan around the logistics that actually slow LA events down — Convention Center dock scheduling, a studio lot's drive-on pass and call-sheet process, Westside-to-Downtown drive times that can eat an hour at the wrong hour, and outdoor power and parking at beach clubs and rooftop venues. We'll send a certificate of insurance if your venue or lot requires one, and for corporate, studio and agency bookings we're used to procurement paperwork, W-9s and net terms — just point us at the right contact.
Good questions, straight answers.
Do you have a Los Angeles address or showroom?
No — we're a service-area company, not a storefront. Our LA team lives and works across the basin and comes to your venue, whether that's the Convention Center, a Westside office tower or a studio lot. It keeps our overhead low and our coverage wide.
Can you get onto a studio lot or a permitted outdoor venue?
Yes. We work regularly with drive-on passes, call sheets and facilities contacts for studio-lot events, and we plan for permit and certificate-of-insurance requirements at outdoor venues like beach clubs and rooftops ahead of time. Send us your production or venue contact and we'll coordinate directly.
Do you offer a 360 booth or AI photo booth for brand activations in LA?
We do. Both are among our most-requested setups for LA product launches, press days and studio events — the 360 booth captures slow-motion, share-ready video, and our AI-styled stations produce stylized content built to travel on social.
How do you handle LA traffic between the Westside and Downtown?
We build drive time into our own load-in schedule rather than your event's, and we know which corridors and hours turn a 30-minute drive into an hour. For multi-stop days or a tight afternoon load-in, tell us your venue and timing and we'll plan our crew's arrival with buffer built in.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season — spring product launches, fall corporate events, and awards- and premiere-season parties — two to four weeks is ideal, and Convention Center show weeks book out further. That said, we can often accommodate short-notice LA requests, so call (724) 405-7729 even if your date is close.
