Frequently Asked Questions About Our Photo Booth Rentals
We offer services in most major cities in the country. If your event is outside of our typical service area we can still provide services at an additional fee for travel.
With the basic template you get your choice of any of the following templates. You can opt to have a custom template created by our in house designer or your team can create one.

The backdrop is what you and your guests stand in front of when taking your photos. We have a lot of options for you to choose from or we can custom print a custom backdrop for you!
The entire footprint for the photo booth is about 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 feet.
In order for the booth to upload the photos for digital downloads and your online gallery it does need access to the internet. All of our booths have cellular built in so there’s no need for WiFi but we do recommend it if cell signal isn’t strong. If the internet isn’t accessible the photos will be queued and processed once the booth is able to access the internet again.
All you need is power and cover! If your event is outside we do require it to be covered in the event of inclement weather and to keep it from overheating in the sun. As long as it’s in shade and the skies are clear you’re all set! We also rent tents for outdoor events.
With data collection we can offer you your guests emails and phone numbers. This does come at an additional cost and we can add a disclaimer screen for your guest to agree to prior to taking a photo. Please note, DigiBooths does not provide the copy for disclaimers.
Sharing stations are just like the name, for sharing! With our sharing stations you can customize the look and feel of the station itself along with the screens your guests will be interacting with. This allows for sharing in a location other than the photo booth which keeps the line moving and the prints printing! We can also provide you with the emails and phone numbers of your guests. All texts and emails can be customized and look as if they’re coming from your brand.
Each print has a unique code on the bottom of the strip. Your guests can use this code to access their photos only. You can head over to our Event Photos page to give it a try. Just type the code ABC12345 in the text box.
Light Painting booth FAQs
Light painting is accomplished by using long exposures with the camera. In doing so as our techs draw around your guests the photo booth will capture the trails of light creating the effect you will see below.

Our photo booth wraps are a great way to customize the photo booth to fit your brand. We can design one for you or you can have your team come up with a design.
An attract screen is the first thing your guests see when they walk up to the booth. All booths come with the one you will see below
Our software uses AR (augmented reality) to remove the background in your photo and replace it with your choice of background(s). You can offer up to 6 backgrounds for your guests to choose from or just leave it at one.
Our selfie booths are designed with our clients in mind. It takes a total of about 5 minutes to set up and tear down. See for yourself below!
Your booth will be delivered within at least one day prior to your event but in most cases will arrive at least 2 days early. You will be provided with shipping information and arrival time once it ships along with a return shipping label.
Every booth is shipped via UPS or FedEx. Your booth will arrive with a shipping label to send it back to our offices or its next destination. Booths MUST be shipped back the next business day. For example, if your event is on a Friday then it would need shipped back out on the following Monday. If the following Monday is a holiday then it will need shipped out on Tuesday or the next business day. Late shipments are subject to a $500 late fee. You will not be held responsible for delays in shipping as long as it was shipped within the required timeframe.
Our shipped selfie booths come in a case on wheels with a collapsible handle which is 27″x24″x10″ and weighs 45 pounds.
